I am wanting to cam my 318 I've decided on the extreme energy cam XE262H and I was wondering what else should I upgrade to run the cam?

You need a programmer but since you've got a 94 you have to get a new PCM that's flashed with tune. You'll also need valve springs and that fun stuff.

Has the plenum been fixed? Any money spent with blown gasket under there is possibly wasted, and performance enhancements will be offset.

Intake will have to come off anyway for a cam swap..... But.....

That's a hydraulic flat tappet cam. Not really designed for use in the magnum engines, even though they seem to think so...... (you want a roller cam.)

Won't be computer friendly either. You will need a custom tune, which means sending your PCM out to be tuned. Not cheap.
