The lower bolt on the front shocks might be loose. Or the steering column bushing is shot.

im thinking its the bushing now that you bring it up because itll turn right easy but when you turn left it feels as the steering column is rubbing somewhere it aint hard but you can feel it like if bearings were out... i een something that rplaces it and fixes it for good they claim. its a new bushing but seems a lil pricy for it and plus it has to be ordered just for a piece o ruber

Make due with what other bushing?

And I'm not saying anything I suggested is your problem, I am just pointing out common problems that need attention.

yeah i know im gonna check the steering column first then go from there.... and yeah i know thats why i dont wanna buy it when the plastic or rubber cost them about less the 10, then probably 5 to mold it... im sure theres some type of bushing that will help me besides that and tats cheeper...

I might be wrong, but I think it's delrin. I service equipment that uses delrin, and it will wear though metal and not show signs of wear on itself.
