i just bought a set of 15x10 with 3 inch offset....is this too much offset to run 33's?

What are you working on 1500, 2500, 4x4, 2x4, washing machine? Please take the time to fill out your sig by clicking on the "user cp" in the black bar upper left side of the page.

That offset is going to be hard on the unit bearings if its a 4x4 1500.

 

sorry its a 1998 dodge ram 1500 4x4 and its the backspacing that is 3 inches....sat the rim down and used a flatbar and measured to where the rim mounts to the hub...3 inches...

 

Thanks for the info, I would not run that rim, I have 4.5 inch Back-spaceing and it puts the tires out 2.5 from the fender, 3" is going to put it way out there.

 

guess i will just refinish them....then try to resale them or trade them....
