How did you blow a brake line?

I believe, if you are in R, it shouldn't be cranking at all. You have spark and fuel but you don't know if you have them at the same time.

Ok, here's the deal. First thing to do is Add "ALL" the info about your truck to your sig and profile.

Second, download the FREE 2001 service manual from the FAQ/DIY section. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...e-manuals.html

Third, get a Haynes manual for quick reference. Section 7B will tell you how to check and adjust the linkage.

Fourth, If adjusting the linkage does not correct the problem, go to page 1-21 of the Haynes manual. It has the procedure for checking the neutral safety switch.
