Locker and 4.56's
The Chrysler 9.25 has a very limited set of options for lockers. Based on what your usage or driving habits are from your OP, my suggestion would be using a detroit locker in the back. There are NO selectable lockers for the Chrysler 9.25. This is known (from a different thread here) where I actually contacted ARB and East Coast Supply.
For your front, I'd make the same suggestion on a detroit locker, again based on your described driving usage. Both are mechanical lockers.
Added thought for you though is that I think it would be way more beneficial to get the 4.56 gears in before any locker, considering your budget situation. Get your drivetrain core feeling more healthy.
Lastly, a selectable locker is the better solution when you do want power transfer in some situations on trail/off. Not to mention knowing when the locker is actually engaged or not. The non-selectable locker at times can get "hung" up on engage/disengage depending on the vehicle's predicament. On road driving...I'm thinking does not need any explanation.
Lastly, lastly....having non-selectable lockers in the snow is scary as **** when combined with cliffs and drop offs.....
My few 0.02.

Gotcha, anybody know anything about the change of steering direction and whatnot associated with the Detroit Locker? I would hate to have my truck hopping and all that with the lockers front and rear.
I ordered my gear package set from these guys. Came with Yukon everything. MAKE SURE you SPECIFY thick cut gears for the front. Call them when you order, they can help you out alot.

What does the DISCONNECT mean for the 4.88 set?
All 3 of those sets...would also be used with a CAD system, if its still being used of course. lol

When I contacted complete offroad, they told me that the disconnect was in reference to the CAD system, and hadn't adjusted the website yet. It's my understanding that they are a small shop with a website so it dosn't surprise me that it hasn't been fixed on the site yet.
