wow I thought mine were bad... the PO only screwed like 4 or them in half way.... and their were three different part # plugs of course... hopefully you just bought the truck and werent responsible for the gross negligence....

I thought I had seen it all when it come's to corrosion being a marine tech, but that pix takes the cake for sparkplugs.

My mechanic charged me $240 to drill the 4 plugs out and replace the head gasket on the right side.

Augiedoggy- I had the truck for a year and wasn't responsible for that! I'm slowly trying to get it cleaned up.

That's not too bad a price. Hope he got the area outside the plug well cleaned and some of the rust off. Easier to keep it cleaned later.

oh I had the same problem...thePO said it just had a tuneup...I pulled the 1# plug and it was new and just assumed the others were ok for over 2 years I only put like 6,000 miles on it though..
