yeah i always have trouble with that darn thing. Does a after market cold air intake make a big difference? one i priced was $260 ish. Just wondering the benefits from it

I personally wouldn't waste my money on one of those. Of course you can also do the 14X3 mod. But, not only do I believe you will lose bottom end on a stock motor, I also hate the sucking noise it makes. Like the one you are trying to get rid of.

lol never mind then. ill stick with the stock one. Just got the darn thing to quiet up..lol.. Thanks a lot AGAIN

On a side note. You have checked your plenum right?

And it would be really great if you added all the info about your truck to your sig and profile. It helps us and you.

yes, i just did the plate and gaskets. ok ill try to figure out the profile thing now

Just go to "user CP" on the black bar . It's easy to add info.
