Where is my PCM part number located?

Don't know what year they started the death flash thing - longer number may be realted to software versions or something else. Who knows - dealer probably won't.
I plan to install my modified kegger tomorrow and then load SCT tune. From waht I have read, I should be able to notice the difference.

Here is pic of my sticker, but its not a great one. Will have to unplug some of the harness.
Was reviewing this topic for its relation to the death flash. Unless some of you can confirm from this photo alone, I think that I do NOT have the death flash.

I may have some follow up questions depending on responses.
Thanks
Edit: I have a Superchips 3715. I use the Economy setting and set the tire size. I'm trying to confirm what effect this has on the above. Moreover, I do have ping, under load, about 3K rpm. Especially on climbs if I want to get by some people. I'm trying to isolate, if possible, whether also related to this flash (i.e. the light spark knock) or if truly my plenum has flown the coooop.

You have experience with that or is it an assumption? What if its an update for something prior to the death flash?
Sorry if its obvious to you. I'm looking over this page of TSBs to see what all is flashed onto the PCM.

I'll definitely get a better picture. Thanks for the hits so far.

I used to be a salesman at a Ford/Dodge dealership several years ago. After I started working on my project Ram, I contacted the service manager that worked there at that time. He is a tech guru on a lot of things computer. He gave me a run down on the death flash and other software changes. I was looking for the best way to hack the PCM and read the program. He said that if a customer comes in and has a PCM issue, the flash to the current software, which may have changes made lng after the infamous death flash, but the death flash is still there. He did laugh at the moniker "death flash." He said Dodge refers to it as "anti-knock" instead!
I may see him over Thankgiving if I go back home. I will see if he can fill me in on TSB number. May be helpful (or amusing) to others here as well.

You mean to say that the "death flash" would be included with any other software update.

You have a 2000 and IIRC, the death flash started in 98. And yes, it's included in the software no matter what they are flashing the pcm for. And in your pic, you can clearly see, that not only is it a sticker over another sticker, but it also says "software update". Some dealers hand write the sticker and some print them out.
