Low Mpg, Torque converter?

cat was removed due to it being clogged and I didn't want to break the motor in with that clogged. I also didn't reinstall one due to the fact I was worried that the new motor might burn oil from assembling and didn't want it to ruin the cat i will reinstall one once I get to 500-1000 miles on it

Well, Did you change the injectors when you rebuilt the motor? If you Did, that could be a problem.

I would lean towards the lack of tune. If you run a 180* stat at these winter temperatures, you will run very rich.

Injectors are stock and were cleaned out new orings filters and Pintle caps
