Default Tranny slipping or U joint?

The other day as i was getting on the freeway, i got on the gas after my truck shifted into overdrive (think it hits it at 45 or so) and it started to shake really hard, like somthing in the driveline or rear end? So i asked around and herd it could either be my tranny slipping or my U joints. It only seems to do this when you accelerate hard in overdrive. Help!!

Might be an engine miss too. Have you fixed your plenum yet?

Check your #8 spark plug. I had a terrible shaking problem at 45mph, turned out the #8 plug was cracked, also my plenum is blown.
