The FX-R projectors unfortunately will not fit in our housings unless you do some SERIOUS retrofitting. The projectors i have in mine are the Morimoto Mini H1 projectors. 130 degrees of viewing pleasure

Those are the only projectors that i recommend to someone with little to no retroing experience. They are a all around pretty easy projector to install and are very good quality. Make sure that if you install them you are not using a DDM kit or any other cheap *** kit. The only kits that i recommend for those projectors are the kits that i am running and they are the ones that you can buy from the website as well. The morimoto 3Five kit. You will need a H1 kit. I recommend a 4300k kit as that is the closest to stock you can get and because i personally hate those jackasses that run the 6000k kits. Blue is a stupid color IMO.

If you need anymore info please feel free to shoot me a text or email.

My number is 907-775-5901 I am in alaska and my time is -9:00PST on the time chart. So if you are on the east coast i believe you are 4hours ahead of me. I do work night shift for the time being. So send me a text whenever and i can give you some more info. I also do retros just like lightwerks does.

Again my number is 907-775-5901
my email is zmr7769@hotmail.com

Best,
Zack

i have my Hid kit it has HI-LOWs there 6khids. instill my stock OEM head lights and they work great. i have the same kit in my ford tempo with the stock light house and it works great

i wouldn't use the stock lights if there were foggy or cracked.

in my 01 dodge the light it way bretter i have Hella driveing lights on my truck and they have 5200ft range and my 35w hid shine much bright and further than the driveing lights

i paid 100 bucks from my hid kit from V-leds.com

on a side note. i'll say i have ebay clear headlights there were sonar brand... and the light was super scattered so i put my stock headlight housing in and it was a night and day difference for me. but i guess result may vary from person to person

You may think that your HID kit works great but just so you know Dodge Trucks are one of, if not the worse glare output. You should really retro some projectors in them. Because you are blinding the crap out of people.

i don't think i'm blinding anyone i've had them in there for about 2 years now and i've never had one person bright light me or etc.

i'm not a fan of the projectors i know they are better with light beams and etc but i just have never found a projector head light for my truck that i've liked they all look ugly to me

Thats why you "RETROFIT!"

Yes you are blinding people. Trust me. If you think you aren't. Sit in a little car in front of your truck with your lights on. All gen dodge rams SUCK with HID's in the stock housings. Even after market. Plus you don't want to put HIDs in halogen projectors anyway. You will melt the chrome inside.

35w kits do. 50w+ Run the same or hotter. anything higher than 35w is a waste of money though.
