Rock auto not rb just found it thanks!That looks like it.Why does everyone say only trucks with snow ow package should have it?I have a front reciver but no plow.

It's the heavy duty tow/plow package. That doesn't mean your truck came from the factory with a plow on it, or a trailer for that matter, it just has various upgraded parts for such occasions.
