Default 2001 dodge ram clutch/tranny problem

Hey guys I'm new to the forum so hopefully I'm doing this in the right spot. As the title says I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 with the 5.2 v8 and a 5spd transmission. I'm having some issues with it right now. Its having a hard time working its way through the gears. Today I put it in reverse and it didn't want to spit it back out. Even with the engine off I tried working through the gears and when I put it in reverse it didn't want to let go of it. I checked my hydraulic clutch fluid and it was full. I'm not sure if its just time to replace the clutch or if it is somehow out of adjustment. Any advice you guys have would be much appreciated.

Its not just reverse its grinding a little when I put it in fifth. It also shifts hard into the other gears too
