okay here is a question i'm wondering and i'm sure you all have thought this at one point... or maybe not

but its the Fastman TB better than the hughes tb?

i looking that fastman tb 52mm but then the hughes webstie says fastman isn't good.


what are you running fast man or Hughes tb

i don't have either.
but Fastman is honest injun and and Hughes is full of bull.

yes. autolites - one range cooler. i put them in 5 years ago before plenum fix when i had pinging. they've been good ones. might have to change them one of these days.

oh i see... i'm not a big fan of autolites i like my boush plautnum 2

is it better to have a cooler plug in a 5.9 or do u know

see u having a 2500 4x4 truck weight is alot i would just demal it out because stock plates or 50mm it just the area above it goes out to 47-48mmish, get that done u have a50mm tb and cut the air horns go to go


but if u want to get 52mm get a fast man

it doesn't really make any difference. if you have a borderline plenum leak the cooler plug can resist ping slightly. if the plenum leak is severe, it doesn't help.

if the engine if healthy, any recommended plug, or one hotter or one cooler is ok.
according to folklore, one hotter can burn leaking oil a tad better.

i don't really want to mess with mine tb my self... this weekend i'll have a modified kegger so i'm sure a bigger tb would help too fastman are reasonable priced

alright good to know i'll have a fix plenum this weekend and i gotta change out my plugs i might try some cheap auto lites for once i just put them in my ford car and they seem to be okay
