ABS and brake light are on?

ABS, engine light and brake light are on?
just got done putting the truck together. other then some little fixes it runs good. i was driving went to hit the brakes and the abs and brake light came on and wont shut off? they work fine why would they come on? and my check engine light is on? im going to the auto parts store today and there going to flash the computer. and i think i need to get a tune for it because its runing at like 190. it used to run much cooler? any ideas

Stock thermo is 195, is that what you put back in there?
Auto parts store can read codes, they won't flash the computer though. They can't. (or, at least, shouldn't.....)
Do you have rear anti-lock, or 4 wheel anti-lock?
