Cooling Fans
An '02-'05 regal e fan fits damn near perfect. I was getting ready to install one on my rig but ended up trading with another member for a set of headers. He actually made a youtube of the install. Here's a pic to give you an idea:

It should give you enough CFM since it's meant for a V8 and can be had pretty cheap. I bought mine from the bone yard for $40 and there was plenty to choose from.

mine was $70 shipped from dodgeparts.com iirc. also that website is the dodge dealerhip OEM supplier so it will always be cheaper then the dealerships

not to be beating my chest, but my home fabbed rig rocks.. but I have a problem..
it draws most its amperage on start up.. like, 70% more than it takes to just run them sustained.. this is true with all e fans.. the problem with mine is they draw too much cfm.. they kick on, run about three or four seconds, and kill.. they're off for about fifteen or so seconds, and kick on again.. If I lower the range, they kick on just long enough to kick off, and then on again.. If I raise the range, they kick on- run for about five seconds, and die, only to kick back on- all while I don't like where the needle is pointing, and fear it getting too close to hot..
the next problem is that i like them kicking on when it's cooler.. if they don't, i have a chance to respond before i start spewing steam.. it's just a comfort zone thing..
point i'm attempting to make: either match cfm to the engine, and go about your merry way, or get a controller that soft starts.. soft starting is a very good thing.. hardly any amperage draw, and it picks up speed as temp increases..
anyway, that is just something to think about while planning your next move..

too bad i didn't have this list of vehicle to look for at the junk yard yesterday. i ended up walking away with a electric fan out of a 2000 dodge caravan for my 81. it took a bit of work to make it fit but it seems to work good. i would guess they only pull about 30amp on start up and 20 amp while running. the auto recycler only wanted $25 for it.
