right side low beam barely lit

right side low beam barely lit
2000 dodge ram 1500 low beam bulb blew(glass gone bare bulb wires) was on cell phone when i touched bare wires from low beam to frame sparked now it only lights dim(with new bulb) switched to other side works fine and bulb that was on left side now on right side dim is there a fuse just for right side low beam?Or what do you think might be the problem (besides talking on cell while working on truck)thanks for any help given Karl
