Default Quick question; gas pedal cable

I just got done cleaning my IAC. So far I didn't have any issues with it stalling, but it did it randomly before.. so we'll see if cleaning it works. It was in rough shape, still looks bad. Hah. Anyways, I was putting my throttle back on and my cable has always been loose, but my question is.. how loose is to loose lol. I posted a video here, check it out and let me know if it needs to be tightened.

Looks fine to me. You can't tighten it anyway. Needs replace if it's stretched. Some people have used a rubber hose and clamps or something down by the gas pedal to get rid of some play. But I personally wouldn't "F" with the throttle cable.
