On a side note. When I re-installed the manifold, I did not realize the bolts were TTY, "Torque to yield". I now suspect that I may have a vacuum leak on the manifold to heads. Hughes says that dodge says you can re-use them. I will order new ones. Now should I pull the manifold and replace the gaskets, or just install new bolts and torque them down? I am replacing the up front o2 sensor too with NTK.

Lots of people post to the forums using their cell phone is what I think zman was originally referring to. If that were the case, then its difficult or not possible to add information to the User Account Signature field (like where my truck picture shows up at the end of this post). You'll notice that most peopl have their truck information stated there. It greatly helps other provide input on your condition since some things are model/year specific.

The next post I quoted below provides direction for you on the signature. The black bar is at the TOP of the forums.

You can get the Service manual @ the link below. The Diy area has lots of good info.

If it were me, then I'd just for the heck of it get new gaskets. You don't want to pull it all out and find 1/both of them damaged and not have backups....

Unless you KNOW you have a vacuum leak, don't worry about it.

I reused the stock bolts when I installed my M1. No problems, ~50,000 miles later.
