Default Control arm bracket please help!

My driver side control arm bracket has broken off of my Dana 44 axle. Does anyone know of anywhere I can order a new bracket and coil perch? I have been looking online and it seems I may just have to get a complete front axle from a junk yard. I have a 99 ram 1500 5.9l magnum V8 4x4. Thanks.

I'd recommend finding a offroad shop, fabrication shop, machine shop, etc. and have them fabbed up. At minimum from a JY you might be able to request cutting them off an axle that's all bent up. Salvage yard even.

Or make a request on a site like pirate4x4.com. You'd be surprised what you might find locally. Maybe someone here has a junked D44 laying around to cut them off....?

Let us know how it goes though.

Ok. So I had to find a damaged Dana 44 front axle and cut the old bracket off and weld it onto my axle. Took about 6 hours to cut the old off of my old axle, clean everything up, weld on, and paint.

That is pretty awesome. They give you a good price on the bracket? Oh wait, you bought the whole damaged axle.
