All depends on the area I guess. There are no 2nd gens on lots down here either, but in WA they are still new trucks.

I like v10's.

i guess for some people a v10 is okay.. but i figure if you really have a need for a big motor cause i'm guessing your gonna be towing alot... why not just get a diesel you know... but thats my opioin. i'll admit they do sound pretty sick with some custom exhaust

I had a 2000 cummins, It got totaled when i hit a deer one night, I bought the v10 because it makes about the same power stock for stock, Cost about 5-6k less then a diesel, Is cheaper to fix usually, Gas is still less then diesel in my area, And We only have 1 place in my town that sells diesel fuel and they are not a 24 hour station.

So really it wasn't too big of a deal for me to swap from a diesel to the v10 for towing, they both tow anything i put behind them effortlessly. therefore i don't care.

lol Town of Southbury where i live has approx 19,706 But we have one of the largest old folkes communities on the east coast and almost 5000 of those are old people living in the community. so we only have roughly 14000 people as i dont count the old people.

The next town over that connects to us has approx 7,394 people. they only have 1 station with diesel as well.
