XRF vs. MOOG Ball joints
As far as I'm concerned until something fails or gives you a reason to doubt it's capabilities there's no reason to assume it can't get the job done. And while some of ya'll may of had issue's with "cheaper" parts, so far I've been lucky and have not.
Whether DuraLast ball joints are just cheaper Chinese Reybestos's or not, until they fail I've got no problem with them.
If I had the available funds to spend $320 on ball joints I probably would, other's might be able to price a full set cheaper, I'm thinking the press in style vs. riveted on style has an impact on price too.
Anyways... Enjoy your XRF ball joints!!

I guess I could see if you already experienced failure and need the parts today... but otherwise its foolish when its marked up so much... I buy locally if the prices are close with what I consider a fair mark up and I want it then ...otherwise I save my money... most stores sell thier brand at fairly resonable prices but then sell other brands at crazy marks to get the best of both worlds from those who dont know better.
Your already online? proof being your here so why in the world would you pay the crazy markups at local shops who just buy the stuff online and mark it way up and sell to you?? It doesnt take any skill to find great prices with tools like google?

I often walk into FLAPS (leaned a new acronym yesterday, tks VW!) with the online price in hand. Sometimes they will match it other times not. Depends on difference and if I need it now.

I looked around and just didn't see any good prices for XRF or Moog, guess I don't have the google prowess you do, then again my definition of good prices may be totally different from yours.
I know what I paid for mine and they're greaseable and they haven't fell apart yet, why would I complain?

$69 for all for? I ordered them on 12/12. Cost $159.94 for the four.
I went to thetireclub.com and they have some XRF for $69 each. I'm thinking that's what he meant.
got mine from tireclub last week for $69 shipped for all four. they are $79 plus the 10.00_OFF! coupon code http://www.thetireclub.com/content.w..._RAM_KITS.html
I know XRF is supposed to be a really good ball joint but $69 for all four? Makes ya wonder why they're slashing prices...
Not to mention they always show pictures of press in ball joints, which are a no go for me. They could at least put up the right pictures or learn the Dodge used riveted ball joints too, not everything is press in.

I talked to Kevin (I think thats his name), anyway, the pics for XRF are "genaric". Something about the operating system and XRF doesnt have pics and they use the same part number, or something like that. After I ordered mine I was looking closely at the pics and you can see Moog on them so I called before they were shipped and asked about it. Thats what I was told. Doesnt really matter since I got XRF like I had wanted and ordered.
