Default Way harder then it looks.... or just me?

So I bought the LMC truck rubber floor replacement and my truck is on its 2nd week of being in pieces with little luck. I gave up on the padding and such that came with it and bout the fat mat 50 mil sound damper and put it all over the truck. Now im attempting to put in the mat and cant believe how hard it is im using spray on adhesive a heat gun where is needed and a lil roller that I got for the damper with no luck. Is it just to cold out to work on it or whats my problem? Got my LP heater going in the garage and im almost sweating myself out of my truck trying to get this $hit to work. SRRY for the rant just supper pissed right know. Any help would be great sooner then later. lol

Hang the floor mat, and have the heater blow at it to warm it up. (but, not too close, and not too warm.....) Might make it easier to install.... Some heavy weights at key spots may not hurt either.

You would prolly end up with a better fit that way.

Put it in the dryer for a few minutes on low heat to make it pliable.
