Default need new rims

hey guys. im new to dodge forum and have a question. i have a 95 ram 1500 with a 3 in bl and 315 75 16s on stock wheels. i want to get some new black wheels that will make my tires stick out. but i have no idea how to select the proper rims. please help

you want less backspacing. Gonna have to be a 16 inch rim, I would recommend at LEAST 8 inches wide(stock is 7.5), with 3.5 to 4 inches back spacing. (stock is 4.5)

Offset is usually measured in millimeters..... so it isn't something I generally worry too much about. Backspacing is the measurement that you are gonna be most concerned with. That is the one that determines how far your wheels stick out.
