In that case, I'd start by making sure the gasket on top of the TB that seals the air cleaner is not missing or torn. Actually, maybe the clamp and air hat are not seated correctly. (on the gasket)

Have you had your air cleaner box off any recently?

I took mine off a while back to clean the air filter, and the round TB gasket literally fell apart in my hands.

Oh. Are you sure the box was securely fastened down before you took it off? Dodge did something stupid when they designed the air cleaner box setup, it's not hard to think it's on right only to find it's not....

I couldn't really see it, it was too dark. I was planning on double checking in the morning. I was seeing if there was any other known things I should check.

What wasn't it? The wrong gasket or you installed it and it still has the noise? Come on now, give the old guys a break. LOL Anyway, I'd wait wait until you can see what the hell you are doing in the A.M. and go from there.

Sorry I was writing so little, I was on my phone. OK the whole story is
A couple months ago I got my K&N CIA and it kept backing itself out of the throttle body, because it bolts in, which was causing the whistling sound (or so I thought). So for a quick fix until I got the right screw from K&N, I just put my stock air box on and the stock pipe. When I went to put it on I noticed I lost the stock gasket for between the throttle body and air box, so I was getting a bad whistle, today I went and bought a new gasket and put it in, but I'm still hearing the whistle.
