would like to thank everyone here that helped me with my repair project.a special thanks to heyyou for all your help.replaced water pump,timing chain and gears,front crank seal,rear main seal,oil pump,thermostat and housing,upper and lower rad hoses and by pass hose.tough project to do a little at a time as time allows.probably got 30 hours into it,but you guys saved me a %hit load of money.

i couldnt agree more. heyyou gave me some helpful info about oil pump replacement. going to do it tomorrow. i am a member on a forum called plow site.... stay away from there if you plow...there is some good info, but no ones is helpfull at all and most of them are a-holes.

 

Plus one with all of yall as I am a Mazda forum member and an ATV member and this is by far the best forum I have ever logged onto

for me it is a 50/50 toss up between here and dodge talk but i spend way more time over here since it is not so separated. they got 7 different sub fourums for there second gen section

 

I agree by far the best advice and good bunch of guys to lend a hand i even say a guy offer to give someone a part so the dealership could stop screwing him over
