New member need help (headlights/trans)

I just dealt with the whole headlight issue... Pull the column cover off and look at the plug behind the multifunction switch and look for a light puke green looking wire.. That is usually the one that gives you problems.

Did you have to ride around holdin your bright switch too lol sucks man. But I'll check that out tomorrow

Plan on gettin some work done on her tomorrow, today I gave it a good cleaning and tried to make my destroyed dash look a little better. Anyway, thanks for all the help, any more opinions or help please comment

I did have to hold the switch back for them to stay on.. Do your wipers work? I ask cause when that wire came out on mine i didnt have any delay for my wipers. It was either none or on high speed.

yeah my wipers work fine. I didn't get to do work on it today, somethin came up. kinda sucks cause i gotta work 5 12hr shifts this week so i aint gonna have time for it

Well whenever you get a chance just pull that cover and plug and have a look at the wires and see what ya find.. When I was working and doing my 12 hour shifts I hated it but I loved the paychecks lol.. I would rather go back to 12 hour shifts instead of sitting around unemployed like I am now.

Yeah 12 hour shifts ain't too bad. update on my truck though if these wheels I found fit my truck im buyin em, 17'' XD series not sure of the model, Black/chrome. they look sweet. Anyway im gonna check the switch too to see if its melted like what was mention earlier. I shoulda checked that when I had the bezel off puttin the cd player in but i got too excited lol
