I justed changed the front one that hooks into the front axle. I never took the double cardon ones apart. This would still cause it to vibrate?

Recheck everything. If it didn't vibrate before, gotta be some manner of install problem.

Did you separate the front section of the driveshaft from the rear at the splines?

Did you check it when you had the shaft out?

You don't have to take it apart to check them. Take it out like you are doing and check for play and/or binding. I suggest you take it to a driveshaft shop and let them rebuild the Cardan joint.

Ok I might do that, just don't know why it started vibrating. It never did before I pulled tranny and tc out to get my tranny rebuilt. I jus put new u joint on the front and the cardon joint seemed pre good no loose play or anything. So i didn't mess with that, I just bolted it back up.

Then just double check the install of the one you replaced. Make sure it is seated properly also. The are two small tabs on the yoke to help center the ujoint caps. Clean the rust off the yoke where the caps seat, and you'll see what I mean.
