Default Hard starting

I have been having issues with my 99 ram 1500 5.2. I have replaced the fuel filter/ regulator, IAC , PCV,and temp sensor. I did a leak test on the injectors and found 1 leaking and replace all the o-rings. I tested the fuel rail and when it is running it is about 50psi but when I turn the key off it drops quickly. All the fuel lines look good and I can't smell fuel any where. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had simular trouble with my truck. I put in a new fuel pump and that stoped the fuel pressure leaking down fast. I think it should take about 20 min to loose the pressure.
