Default Hard Starting Issue

My 99 ram 1500 5.2 4x4 is having problems starting. The fuel pressure on the rail is about 50 psi when it is running but drops quickly as soon as i turn the key off. I did a leak test on the injectors and found 1 that was bad and I replaced the o-rings on the others. I have replaced the fuel filter/regulator, IAC,PCV,and temp sensor. Not sure what I'm missing but any ideas will be appreciated.

So did the fuel pressure stay up better after replacing the injector?

How are the plugs and wires? If you have good fuel pressure, you may be missing a good spark.

Fuel pressure stayed the same when engine is on but did not drop as fast when turned off. Plugs and wires are about a year old, but I will try a new set. Noid light didn't show any differences from injector to injector. Thanks for the helps

49 pounds or so, and it should hold it for a few minutes. (although, that is not absolutely critical.)

What starting problem are you having? Just long crank times? Or what?

Long crank or have to do key on key off a couple of times to make it start. I replaced the plugs, wire, and dist cap today and it didn't help but didn't hurt it either. Did another leak test on injectors and didn't see and fuel coming out any where. I think I should just get a new pump and see it helps.
