Default 95 Ram Runs good in wet weather only

Got a little problem with my 95 Ram 1500, 318 with 200,000 miles. It runs good but it clatters like crazy going up hills and when I accellerate. But whenever it rains or we have wet weather it runs great. No clatters, excellent accelleration, lots of power. I recently replaced the plugs, wires, roter and cap but nothing changed. Any help with figuring out why it runs good in wet weather and crappy in dry weather would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Wet air is denser, and cooler. What you are probably hearing is spark knock. Have you checked your plenum?
