Default howl and vibration related?

hey guys new to the forum, just sold my cummins for a smaller city beater, couldnt be happier so far. trucks got 124,xxx miles and i have an issue that someone might be able to shed some light on. at 15-25mph i get a howl from passenger side front wheel. above 25mph its gone, when i slow down into that range its there again. While on highway at 65mph i get vibration from same wheel, but only when wheel is dead straight...if i turn wheel ever so slightly to either way vibration is gone.
thanks for any and all input

Check the ujoint on the axle too, since you'll be right there.

after jacking up and checking, wheel bearings and u joints are good, ball joints have a little play to them, but it passed inspection with ease. i cant seem to figure out why on the highway i get wobble only when the wheel is dead straight, move half an inch either way vibration goes away, and its only above 60+ mph, track bar, maybe tires, im gonna rotate them
