46re problems/question
First off this is the best Dodge truck forum out there! I fixed my 46re last year when it wasnt shifting correctly, so thanks for that help!
Second, I used the search feature and couldnt find anything directly relating to my problem.
Recently I lost Reverse and OD in my 01. (just sounds like its in nuetrual when in reverse and buzzes when it hits OD going down the road) I know there is a correlation with reverse and OD in these trannys but I cant recall what it is.
Tranny shop wants $2500 to rebuild and that AINT happenin.
I do however have a 95 with a working 46rh in it. So my question is how hard is it to convert a 46rh to the re?
Or is there a way to fix the re without a total rebuild?
