Drain the oil, run your finger around the bottom of the pan, see what ya find.

Seafoam in the oil may have contributed to the problem. Get a JY engine - plenty around Houston- should be pretty cheap. Truck in that area if in good condition should net $4500, depending on miles, tranny, etc. Dash can be fixed for $200 to 350 and will keep value up. Dent on hood - how bad?

Depends on how much you have in it whether you can put some in it to come out. If you sell as is, let me know. I may be interested in it for a parts truck.....
