Default [Questions] Inside my 'plenum'

I have taken some old photos of when I redid my TB, and This is what my phone could capture. Let me know if this is pretty bad.

Also, I was looking at the rear end of my truck, would I possibly have a leak, bad gasket?

Dude, replace it whether or not you think it's bad. And that's bad.

Bought the truck used, so. I'm slowly trying to replace things.
I've just haven't had to time to work on my truck. Work almost 7 days a week.
Truck lately has had NO power. Slam on the gas, and it'll take about 10 seconds to accelerate.

Also, the last picture, could anyone happen to explain the excess oil on the case?

To fix the weeping of diff oil, just replace the rubber plug. Clean the opening well with a rag before putting the new one in.

Clean it good before taking the old one out too.

Feel like being a 'long-term guinea pig'? When you do your plenum, just replace the bolts with shorter ones, and a good quality gasket.
