Default PICS! and SOUND CLIP New Magnaflow Y-Pipe and Cat

I finally got my exhaust finished today. I took the advice of many on here and cut out the factory Y-Pipe and replaced with the Magnaflow. I now have dual 2.25" inlet and 3" outlet. It then goes to a new 3" Magnaflow converter and 3" high-flow muffler. My local shop did a great job. It sounds a little deeper but not too loud. Very happy with it. Gonna put my new O2's in tomorrow. On the Magnaflow site you can find the 3" in/out cat listed under '01 Ram Van 1500 model 51020, OBDII. There's a pic of the old factory Y-Pipe too so you can see what it looks like in there, although I didn't think mine looked too squished at the end like some, the Magnaflow is a much smoother flowing by the looks of it and should compliment the 3" cat well

Don't know just yet as I was letting the cat go through it's first heatup cycle and wanted to be nice to it. I didn't notice any difference on the way home today but I kept it under 3K rpm. After I put the O2's in tomorrow and reset the PCM, I'm gonna take her for a ride and rev it up a bit and see what it feels like, that's where I should see a difference if any. I'll post back with an update.

Hmm, works on my laptop and phone. Maybe try a different web browser would do the trick. Hopefully others can see em.

Pics look great. They did a good job it appears.

What kind of rails do you have in the bed? Are they pretty stout?

Thanks. The bars are SmittyBuilt, they're pretty good and strong, they move a little when stepping up on them from the way they are mounted, just a single stud holding them on the front and rear.

I googled smitty but could not find them. Lots of jeep stuff though. I;ll keep looking.
