Dude I dont want to come off as being rude, but you have got to type with proper grammer. I have a hard time reading your run on sentences and im sure others would appreciate the effort. You will most likely get more answers when people can understand what your trying to ask lol.

If I'm reading this right, and I quite possibly could be wrong, you probably cooked the trans and/or TC by shutting it off in gear and coasting. Might be wrong, I'm no tranny expert but I think that should be your first clue.

My universal translator isn't working, or I really should put down the beer. lol

If you've been doing that stupid 5h17 for an appreciable length of time your transmission will be chock full of eroded friction material. It's been several decades since an automatic transmission with a rear pump was produced, so shutting down the engine with the transmission in gear like that led to clutch slippage. You're probably going to have to replace some parts -- solenoids and sensors, filter and fluid, and if you're a religious man you should pray to the boss you believe in while you're at it.

If you want better fuel economy, replace the failed oxygen sensor.
