Default Seat belts, radio, and interior lights don't work.

Radio stopped working, interior lights don't turn on, and the seat belts do not work after the safety lock is engaged. It is an after market radio with some messed up wiring (from previous owner), so it could have shorted something out. I will fix the wiring (solder and heatshrink) tomorrow. I am going to check the fuses tomorrow when its light out, so there could be a blown fuse, but what could have caused a blown fuse for anything?

Has anyone else had this problem before, what fixed it?

Thanks.

there's fuses in the end of the dash, and also some more under the hood in the pdc next to the battery.

check the one called IOD. ignition off draw.

Thank you! That fixed it!

I am also going thru all the radio wires now and resoldering them and heatshrinking all of them. Hopefully that IS what shorted it and I am fixing it now.
