purposes I thought I’d let you guys know what was wrong with mine.
the wire was bad somewhere in the harness. The switch on the temperature control board worked, and the bcm(body control module) worked so we found that the wire was not getting current from the back of the board to the bcm so just put a separate wire and pushed pins into both and now they work
