I'm looking for a chip that will work the best for my truck and I don't know which brand to go with. I was thinking JET but I would like to hear more opinions.

SCT from hemifever as mentioned in hundreds of threads if you were to actually use the search feature and search "tuner" or "performance chip".
The jet chips are a sponsor here I believe but from what I've read they do absolutely nothing for our trucks a few miles after installing them as the computer learns how to remap and adjust for their tricks...

there's a thread from like two weeks ago that discusses the benefits and disadvantages of superships vs sct...

I have a jet that was on the truck when I bought it. Runs 93 and only gets 8 mpg. So I'd look elswhere as I will once my new motor goes in.

Why don't you remove it then? And Reset the PCM . Curious as to the results. Maybe would not have had to rebuild motor .

edge comp box, edge juice with attitude are good programers, the smarty s03 downloader works great.i'm running a stack of the smarty& a quadzilla fuelbox,it's awsome.you have to be careful though if your autotrans is stock or your running a stock clutch i a stick.you should also be running gauges first to keep watch of things.fuel pressure & egt gauges are the most important ones.you should also have a 4in exshaust to help it breath better &not get too hot.have fun.

He is talking about a gas engine, all those things you mention are for a diesel. None of which apply here.

I had hyperteh and switch to hemifever night and day difference. Love the changes and power gains.
