Exclamation How to disconnect plug harness? front lights

I can't seem to disconnect this plug. These are for the front bumper fog lights. I show one plug for the fog lights and another going up to the horn.

I'd like to avoid damaging them since I just can't seem to determine their operation.

I did the following search, that didn't seem to amount much:

I came up with a 3rd gen topic, but I don't have a red slider

I also searched on remove+bumper

Press the "button" and pull apart. They can be a PIA though.

You might have to slide it off the mounting bracket to get two hands on it. The button is the part in the photo with the three ribs on it. Pressing in unlocks it. And due to dirt in the connector, they can be a PITA.

Two words: Silicone spray. I use it all the time on rubber bushings, electrical connectors, and the beer bottles of idiot friends who've recently pissed me off.
