well tried to upload but look like there is a size dif.....help!

 

Save the pics to your computer, then open them with Microsoft Paint. There is a resize botton. Press it and you can resize by percentage or pixels. (I highly reccomend Pixels) I forget what the max size for pics is here though.... it should be like 500x250 pixels so usually it'll be 441x250. Paint will auto size the photos for ya.
