Default motor mount problem

so now that my transmission is apparently taken care of. Now onto the rest of the "list". While doing my oil pump we noticed i needed to replace the driver side motor mount. No problem, usually, the upper hole closest to the firewall did not have a bolt in it and the hole is all kinds of "wallered" out. So i put the two remaining bolts into it and now there is a gap between the motor mount and the engine. What can be done? Can you put a heli coil in it? Can I find someone to weld a stud in the hole and then put it on the nut?

Can you post pics? Would make it easier to see the problem.

maybe drill the hole out and put in a bolt and nut, but I would need pics also.

Heli-coil should work fine.

I bet it would be fine without it. But, you could just drill the hole bigger , tap for the size and use a larger bolt.

sorry, I haven't gotten a chance to take a picture but I figure it will probably be ok the way it is, BUT me being the way I am I think I will end up putting a heli coil in it. I'll let you know how it goes and try to remember to take a pic when I get the time...
