Default Hand Throttle Help

The Dodge I own used to be a Brush truck for a some what nearby fire department, so it's equipped with a hand throttle to keep the engine at a high rpm. Since I have no ties to a fire department or anything I'm thinkin bout selling it. Does anybody know the value of one of these? It's not been trimmed back or anything so it's full length (about 6 ft long).

NAPA sells them for about 50 bucks or so I think.

Could always use it to make your own posi-lock instead....

Seems real interesting but I'm not sure I got the time or the $ to mod the cable into a Posi-lok.
