everything else we do to our trucks is always soo complicated that when it comes to the simple things we tend to make it harder than it actually is

I wouldn't call our trucks complicated, in fact I bought my truck because I know them well and know they aren't complicated. My truck isn't 4x4 or automatic though, took forever to find.

Yeah, but the different words helped.

It's always the simple things that hang us up. A hundred guys can go in to a hundred trucks to change a hundred heater cores and not a one will screw it up. Then along comes a twisted seat belt buckle and things get dicey for at least a dozen of 'em. Ain't no telling why our simple minds find the complicated things easier than the simple ones. It's just one of the wonders of being born human, I guess.
You got it! :embarrassment:
I got the buckle flipped around.

Thanks, Unreg, and thanks to those that could help. (Kejobe )

Communication is a tricky thing, especially written communication. I'm not all that good at it, but got better than I used to be after a stint of being stuck as the technical writer at the robotics company whose service department I managed. Imagine trying to explain Automatic Guided Vehicle Systems to civil servants, production workers, and human resources people.

Glad you got it straightened out!

I don't think that's as much him being on the rescue squad as much as it is him being a great dad. The man wants the best for you.
