it's basically a turtle.. but not a very well formed one as it kinda bridges the gap between a turtle and a center divider.. there is a lot of debate whether a turtle improves performance.. I don't have a clue if it does or doesn't, but just thought I'd throw the term out there to make searches on the subject easier..
