I have the msd wire's and they should be run as per the tsb as well. You can drill out the stock wire looms to hold the 8.5 wires or buy some for the 8.5 wires.

i guess that would depend on other things like if you replaced the weak factory coil with something that has boosted the voltage though the wires or not?.... otherwise the only performance gain your likely to get from big $$ wires is lightening your wallet...
personally I think its best to use middle of the road 7mm silicone wires and replace them as they breakdown every few years than blow all that money on an expensive set and see no performance increase. plus I'd be less likely to want to replace them as they grow old and the insulation breaks down If I paid my left nut for them....

I upgraded after mult. Issues w my ram. I do notice a significant change with throttle response and better pickup. New rotor, cap plugs and wires. All upgrade.


I will admit i did not use tue TSB routing. I did change though today after reading this. What a pita...
