same way you run #5 and 7. you can go to an auto store and they'll sell you them little plastic things to keep the wires from crossfiring. if youre cheap like me, zip ties work nice.

so you run the wires over the valve cover for all cylinders on that head?

sure. just make sure they are away from grounds and other plug wires otherwise you may run into crossfiring or weak spark. also keep them away from the exhaust manifold for pretty obvious reasons.

They run around the head from behind, along the motor/valve cover using the stock wire looms/separators, almost the same as the drivers side.

keep in mind not only is it bad to have them twisted around each other you do not want them against each other running parallel either...they signal can jump and they interfere with each other. thats why the tsb has you space them out in the clips.

its crazy, you never really think that the signal will jump through a rubber coating, just goes to show you how much power is really going through those wires. I'm going to re-route mine today, try to get rid of some of my pinging, i'm sure my plenum is bad, but maybe it will get rid of some.

Even crappy or cheaply insulated wires can do all sorts of odd things like cause background noise in your car stereo if the voltage is high enough to jump the spark gap well...yeah it can do funny things.

You certainly lesson the chance, but if you are replacing them, why not just run them like the TSB?
