Default Manual Doors to Power Doors swap?

I have a 2001 2500, 4x4 regular cab/chassis truck with a service bed that was originally sold to the Gas company. Mine now and love it! Except no power windows or locks and I'm thinking about upgrading them. So here are a couple questions before I really jump in over my head:

Instead of having someone do the power cranks and locks would it be easier to just swap out the doors for other doors with pwr windows and locks already installed?

If I do a direct door swap on both doors are the wire looms already in place up under the dash somewhere? I'd hate to have to try to run all new wiring.

I read something about a computer called a CTM, do I have one of those and will that be a problem?

Other then the local salvage yard any other sources I should look at?

Thanks much for the help! Jim.

That helps! Don't know why I can't ever find these things in my searches. Sounds like I'm going to have to pull some panels off and see what I can find. I do have factory speakers so maybe I can trace the loom from there. Thanks!
