Headed out to buy the Mopar gasket, TTY intake bolts, plenum bolts, & intake manifold gasket pack! Using the mopar plenum gasket (as template) I will CNC machine the plate out of 7075 aluminum. Pretty stoked!


Mopar -

53032603AA Plenum Gasket - $16.29
6035967AA Intake Manifold bolts - $17.28

I get aluminum for free and have cnc capabilities!

In that case, maybe you have access to, and or the ability to weld it on. People have talked about doing just that, but no one has ever followed through as far as I know.

I've considered welding it on but I'm scared to death of warpage on the kegger or just a BAD weld job. I'm a tractor part welder exclusively!!!
